My name is Yifan Bian (卞逸凡 in simplified Chinese). I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at
USTC (University of Science and Technology of China),
department of EEIS (Electronic Engineering and
Information Science),
supervised by Dong Liu
and Li Li.
Previously, I got my bachelar's degree from Tongji University, Shanghai.
Now, I am working as a member of iVC (Intelligent Video
Coding) group. My research interests are in image/video coding, particularly
neural video coding and scalable video coding.

We provide a new solution to spatially scalable video coding.
Experimental results shows that the coding performance of our proposed scheme surpasses SHM
